Dolly Parton joins Sabrina Carpenter on a new version of “Please Please Please”

The new version of the hit single is one of five new songs on Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet (Deluxe).
Sabrina Carpenter has added an extra sugar to Short ‘n Sweet with the release of a new deluxe edition of the 2024 album. The updated version of the album features five new songs, including a new recording of “Please Please Please” featuring Dolly Parton.

Short ‘n Sweet was named Best Pop Vocal Album at this year’s Grammys, with Carpenter also taking home the award for Best Pop Solo Performance for “Espresso.”
U.S. fans will get a chance to see Carpenter live this weekend with Sabrina joining fellow guests as part of a special celebrating the 50th anniversary of Saturday Night Live. Fellow guests on Peacock’s SNL50: The Anniversary Special include Paul McCartney, Ayo Edebiri, Bad Bunny, John Mulaney, Kim Kardashian, Martin Short, Miley Cyrus, Pedro Pascal, Quinta Brunson, Scarlett Johansson, Steve Martin, and Tom Hanks.
