Clipse confirm comeback album, share “Ace Trumpets”

Brothers Pusha T and Malice will release Let God Sort Em Out this summer.
Clipse have announced details of their first album in over a decade. Pusha T and Malice will release Let God Sort Em Out on July 11. The album is preceded by the new song “Ace Trumpets,” scroll down to listen to that now.
“Ace Trumpets,” like the entirety of Let God Sort Em Out, was produced by Pharrell Williams. Clipse recorded the album between their native Virginia Beach home studio and Louis Vuitton’s Paris headquarters, where Pharrell serves as the creative director of menswear.

Let God Sort Em Out is Pusha T and Malice’s first album together as Clipse since 2009’s Til the Casket Drops. The duo went on a hiatus following that project but reunited in 2019 when they both appeared on Kanye West’s Jesus Is King song “Use This Gospel.”
Speaking to Rolling Stone in 2024, Malice said the pair had been offered multiple opportunities to reunite in the time they were away.
“The money wasn’t comforting to my soul,” he said, explaining that he had needed a “firm confirmation” spiritually before returning. Originally know as Malice, he changed his name to No Malice in 2012 following his conversion to Christianity but later returned to his original moniker,
Clipse released three studio albums in total, 2002 debut Lord Willin’, Hell Hath No Fury in 2006,, and Til the Casket Drops. They also dropped three projects as part of their We Got It 4 Cheap mixtape series.
