Hoodrich Pablo Juan has been released from prison

The Atlanta rapper was sentenced to five years in prison in 2022 after pleading guilty to violations of Georgia’s RICO laws.

 

Atlanta rapper Hoodrich Pablo Juan has been released from prison. According to records viewed by The FADER, the Georgia Department of Corrections released on Sunday (October 19). The same day, video emerged of Juan embracing a friend out in public; Juan also shared a photograph of himself on Instagram with the caption “back.” See both below.

Born Sterling Leroy Pennix Jr., Juan was arrested in October 2020 along with 24 other individuals alleged to be associates of the Rollin 20 Neighborhood Bloods. Together, the accused faced 92 RICO charges and 59 violations of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, along with counts of drug trafficking, assault, and murder. Juan pled guilty to one violation of the RICO Act and received a 15 year sentence (five to be served in prison and 10 on probation). His prison stay began on December 15, 2022.
