Young Thug returns with Future collaboration “Money on Money”

The new song is set to appear on Thug’s UY Scuti, due this summer.

Young Thug and Future have joined forces once again for a new song titled “Money on Money.” Though they have worked together many times before, “Money on Money” has the distinction of being Young Thug’s first new music since he was released from jail in October 2024. “Money On Money” will appear on Young Thug’s new album UY Scuti, due for release this summer. The Atlanta rapper announced the album earlier this month and has named it after a red supergiant star located 5900 light years away from earth.

UY Scuti will be Thug’s first album since 2023’s Business Is Business, released while the rapper was incarcerated. After nearly two-and-a-half years in jail, Young Thug was released after pleading guilty to participating in criminal street gang activities, charges for which he was arrested in May 2022.

Young Thug will celebrate the release of UY Scuti with a summer of live appearances. These include a spot at Chicago’s Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash Festival 2025 on June 22, plus a raft of European festival appearances.
