The new song follows the recent flood of leaked jail recordings from the YSL trial.
Young Thug has shared a new song titled “Man I Miss My Dogs” in which he directly adresses a series of phone calls he made in prison that leaked online. The song was uploaded to X and Instagram and can be heard below.
“Man I Miss My Dogs” acts as an olive branch to his partner Mariah The Scientist, plus fellow rappers Lil Baby, Drake, Future, 21 Savage, and Gucci Mane, all of whom came up in the leaked calls. The entire first verse is for Mariah and includes the lines: “Baby I’m sorry/One of my biggest fears is losing you to the internet” and “Fuck a jail call, I was playing, I’d never trade you.”

Drake is the next to be named with Thug rapping about relations between the him, Future, and producer Metro Boomin. “Trying to get you, Metro, and Pluto on the same page/The internet don’t know about it because real n****s don’t say.”
Later in the seven-minute long song Thug suggests that Lil Baby is no longer speaking to him (“Wham pick up the phone yeah, talk to me its Spider”) and pleads to 21 Savage and Gucci Mane that “I’m not a rat.”
